• What do we charge for? we charge for time spent working. If something takes 3 hours, we'll invoice for 3 hours. We're always happy to provide rough estimates — but at the end of the day, the actual time spent is what's billed.
• Invoicing: We usually send invoices once a week. It keeps things flowing smoothly for both of us!
