• Billing: Monthly subscription is invoiced on the 1st of each month. Additional hours (if any) are invoiced the following month.
• Cancel anytime: You're never locked in - if you cancel, you still keep all the hours from any period you've already been invoiced for. If we go over your included hours in a month, I'll invoice the extra time (at your discounted rate) on the 1st of the next month.
